I didn't see the first film, have no interest in
Fifty Shades Darker, and will likely never watch a single one of these insults to literature or filmmaking, but the synopsis for this second installment goes like this: Christian (Jamie Dornan) and Ana (Dakota Johnson) decide to rekindle their relationship, except this time there are no more rules or punishments. As they begin to get used to their newfound relationship, Christian's past begins to haunt Ana as Christian struggles with his innermost thoughts. Blah.
